About the Class A Restricted (AR) License
The Class A Restricted (AR) License is a modified version of the full Class A license offered in Ontario. This license allows drivers to operate certain types of heavy commercial vehicles but with specific restrictions. The AR license is perfect for individuals who wish to drive larger trailers and commercial vehicles but do not need the full flexibility of a standard Class A license.
This course is designed to prepare you to meet Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) standards, ensuring you are ready for both the road test and the responsibilities of handling restricted Class A vehicles safely and confidently.
